Feed the Teddies was one of my assignments for my intermediate level course about using Unity with C# Programming. This is a really fun game as it involves a burger, french fries and teddy bears.
In this game, the player controls a burger, which is a movable object, that can move in all directions (up, down, left, right) and shoot french fries (using space key) in the upward direction. A life bar is added to indicate how much life the burger has left. Teddy bears keep spawning in random directions, and when close by, start to chase the burger. The teddy bear is destroyed when it gets shot by the burger (score is updated), or when it collides with the burger (burger life reduces). This game ends when either the burger's life is over, or when the game timer is over.
The Feed the Teddies game starts off at the main menu page with the options of Play, High Score and Quit. Choosing to play allows you to choose the difficulty level of the game (easy, medium or hard). Higher the difficulty level, higher the spawn rate of teddy bears in the game. The final score of each game, if it reaches a new high, is saved as the new high score of the game.
